Snack - 1/2 c trail mix = 16g
Later Snack - SB hi pro cereal bar = 10g (before going to the gym)
Dinner - protein smoothie = 30g (after my workout)
I plan on going to the gym tonight for at least 35 min on the elliptical trainer then home to use the body ball for some ab exercises. At least that's the plan.
I made my 1 yr follow-up appointment with the surgeon, I'll go for the labs on Wednesday and see him next Monday the 27th. Six days after my actual anniversary but close enough. I'm not to his goal or mine but I figured that putting it off wasn't motivating me at all so I made the appointment. We'll see how it goes.

Great post Toni! I'm pre-op and really want to lose at least 10lbs before my April 11th surgery. I worked really hard last week to limit the amount of fat and calories and focus on protein AND I exercised 4 days, but blew it this past weekend. Weekends are so hard for any person watching what they eat.
This is what I've had and what is planned:
Breakfast - Low Carb Slimfast
Lunch - Low Carb Slimfast
4 p.m. Snack - Turkey breast and fat free cream cheese rollups
Dinner - Turkey meat loaf with steamed broccolli & cauliflower and small salad
I plan to do a water aerobics class this evening. Congratulations on your one year anniversary!
April
Hi Toni, let's see, I had 2 ozs of apple juice this mornng, lunch with my new guy at Ryans. He had a salad, I had 1 bite of brandy cooked chicken, some veggie soup, mostly the broth, a bite of SF pudding, a bite of Sweet potatoes, and 2 bites of cottage cheese. But that was over a 4 hour time frame, plus 2 bites of baked chicken, and one bite of green beans. Non of it made the ulcer burn, I keep forgetting to not drink while eating. I remember when we went to lunch, you had the water but never drank from it. But if I want to swallow, I need something to help make it go down. They just don't make good dentures anymore. LOL Love ya, kathy
