Hi everyone, I have a quick question. I have really bad knees, and before surgery I took Aleve. Now, the only thing we can take is Tylenol, right? That doesn't do anything to help with the pain. Does anyone have any suggestions? Take care, Beth

You're right, no aleve allowed... I don't know of any advice to give you but perhaps you can call your PCP and see what they recommend. If you've been exercising more and harder perhaps you should give your knees a rest. Still exercise but perhaps focus on your upper body. I hope you get to feeling better soon. April

Hi sweetie, can't help you out there, but try hot ice rub, that may help before your work outs. Hot pack, then an ice pack just before and after. Talk to your PCP and see what he has to say. Best of luck to you. Love you, Kathy

Hey there! I don't know how bad your knees are but....I had started losing before the surgery by lowering carbs and exercising. That led to my knees hurting at first. I stared taking MSM with gloucosamine. I took it 2 to three times a day and it helped. I used to wake up with knees so stiff I couldn't walk at first. Now, I'm so much better, but hey I'm not carrying around all that weight now. My dad adds tart cherry extract to his regimine. It's good for the heart and joints. If I skipped a dose of the MSM I could tell it. I get mine at Walmart it has the purple top. Try it. It may or may not work for you. Beth B. in Chattanooga

I used to sell MSM, it's an all natural pain reliever, helps with joint pain, diabeties, and other ailments. You can take as much as needed, I was taking 5-10 twice a day and it really helps, but you can tell requick when you don't take it. The company I was working for finally went out of business, their's were all natural, and very exspensive. But I still believe in it. I think I'll get somemore at Walmarts for this ulcer in my pouch. Love ya, Kathy

What type of knee pain do you have? Arthritis/injury/other? Have you tried the Tylenol Arthritis formula? It works a little better than than regular Tylenol.
