Surgery Scheduled!

I had my consultation this morning with Dr. Houston. I was surprised I was able to get in so quickly, so that went fine and dandy. We pretty much discussed most of everything I already knew. So, the big day is April 11th, 7:30 a.m. !!! It is probably the worst time possible for me to take off from work... but you know what?? I don't care lol So I'm a myriad of emotions right now... mostly sleepy from lack of sleep lastnight due to excitement and nervousness. Just thought I'd let y'all know! April

April - I had my surgery done at Centennial too, by Dr. Dyer. They have a wonderful aftercare program, and the support group meetings there are wonderful. I am so glad for you that you have a date!!! Jules

Congrats agian! April 11th. That is wonderful. Right before Easter. The time will fly by. I am sure all the preparing you need to do will keep you busy. Let me know if you need anything! (FYI - 54 more days on my diet and then I can submit my paperwork agian - Yes!). Misty

Misty, I really hope everything works out for you! You probably already know this but make sure your doctor is detailed and specific in his reports regarding your diet and exercise. I can't wait for your approval to come through! I know you can't either. How are plans going with trying to get a nashville meeting together?? april

the on this board is ing for joy. I got so excited just about peed my pants, ing around for you. to you girlfriend, to you, by the way that's not beer, that's cheers. A range of emotions is expected and you deserve everyone, there will be times you will think you are , and it's . Your s are looking out for you, just your way to the hospital and all will be then left up to God. He's your surgeon, and Dr. Houston is the co-surgeon. God will guide him thru out your surgery so you are in the best of hands. Plus your surgeon is a hottie. you bunches, Kathy's

You know, I didn't think of him as a hottie....everyone I've talked to has said so though lol He's a bit smaller in person than I expected. But that doesn't matter.... I'm just interested in his intelligence and knowledge, guidance, and of course hands! hehe This next month will probably be the most stressful! I anxious to have everything done and on my way. *hugs* April

Way to go April!!!! Congrats!!!! Pretty soon you will be on the losing side, hopefully I won't be too far behind ya and we will finally get to go to the Y and workout!!!!!
