NEED TO FIND A SUPPORT GROUP ASAP

Hello I am new to this my friend has been approved for surgery has completed all testing with one minor flaw, they forgot to tell her she had to attend 3 support meetings before surgery can be schuled. She does not drive and lives in blue ridge so I am bringing her to cleveland, tn and I have found 2 support meetings one at memorial and one at erlanger east does any one know of any others in the surrounding area???? Thank you
