Obesity friendly gynecologist needed

Hi y'all! Does anyone know of a gynecologist in the middle TN area that is size friendly? As some of you may know, I am having some gynecological problems. I had an abnormal pap and my gyney wanted to do a colposcopy and biopsy to rule out cervical cancer. Well, he wasn't able to do it because he did not have size friendly equipment (speculum). The gown wasn't big enough either. Talk about embarrassing... I would like to find a good gyney in this area that will be able to help me properly. Any help you all can give, I sure would appreciate. Tammy I am new here and not sure how far you want to travel . I use Gallatins Womens Center (Dr Philips in specf ) and have had no problems . He has done both procedures you talked about plus I had to have thermal ablasion. They also delivered my last child .. I have Never had a bad experiance with them . Yes he was concerned about my weight during the pg but we did fine . HTH Laura
