I am 2 months over one year, I have lost 81lbs, I have close to 60lbs to my maintaining goal. But so far the surgery has been well worth it. I have noticed that old habits are hard to break and I have been eating poorly here lately, Icecream, cookies potatoe chips things that I shouldn't eat of coarse I can't eat as much of it now but I still shouldn't be eating it as often as I should, I know it is time for a fill because when I was filled properly I would eat what I needed to and not have room or even the thought of eating badly, I eat my meals but my snack now aren't healthy and before when properly filled I didn't need a snack. So how is everyone doing?

I'm about two months shy of my one year anniversary and have lost 93 lbs since surgery. I've lost 108 lbs total since my consult with the surgeon and have about 20 lbs to go to goal. I had the RNY so I'm getting close to the close of my window of opportunity but I completely understand about the old habits creeping back in. I still have to eat very small portions and I do get nauseous when I eat foods high in sugar but I've not been making the best snack choices either. I've become determined to make the most of my tool and have gone back to basics as far as having at least one protein shake a day and really monitoring my snacks to make sure they are the best nutritional choice I can make. My surgeon wants me to eat 5 times a day so it's really important for me to watch quantity and nutritional value.
