Kathy update post-surgery
this update is coming from her oldest son. my mothers surgery went as well as expected on mon. the 9th of jan. everything was o****il wed night, and her potassium level began to drop. they ended up doing a blood transfusion on thurs. and she is currently still in the hospital. she is walking as much as they expect her to. she is in good spirits and keeps the attending nurses busy. my family is here, as are her parents. the doctors need to be assured that she is in good enough health as to not warrant a return visit in the near future before they will allow her to leave. i figure the longer she is in there with PROPER care, the better, all the easier for her when she does return to us. when she calls me this afternoon, we will go and visit her, i will not be able to give anything further for a few days, as i do not have a computer currently. when i can, i will. love and prayers for all of you who have made this journey with my mom. thank u.
