Whats the latest on Kathy Newton? I sure hope everything is SUPER for her, she's waited so long for this surgery. Billie

I was going to ask the same question. She should be going home soon if she's not already there. Anyone with an update? Toni

Hi Billie, I got home today. I was in the hospital for 6 days, had to have a pint of blood given to me on Thursday, my potassium level kept dropping into the critical area. I had to stay in the area last Saturday until yesterday. Mom and I came home today, we were so worn out from not sleeping good in a motel that we both feel asleep this afternoon. I know I am sick of broth and jello. I am to also start my protein shakes. I have a hard time getting in all my water daily, but other wise I feel fine if I can remember to not gulp but to sip when drinking. Just let me get caught back up and I'll try and be back on more.
