Kathy Newton UPDATE

Ok ya'll I dusted of my wings and called to check on Kathy. I didn't get to speak with her but I did speak to the floor nurse and she said that Kathy is doing fine. The nurse also stated that the room phones were probably down. So I just left a message and will try and get ahold of Kathy again tomorrow. *huggles*

KATHY IS DOING SO WELL, SHE HAD HER OPERATION THIS MORNING, THEY KEEP HER IN THE WAITING ROOM AT 6:30 AND MAKE HER READY THE OPERATION STARED AT 9:00 AND AT 10:30 THE DOCTOR TOLD HER FAMILY : EVERYTHING WENT GOOD AND SHE WAS IN THE RECOVERY ROOM AND I TALK TO HER THIS AFTERNOON AND SHE TOLD ME EVERYBODY IS SO GOOD TO ME NURSES AND DOCTORS. AND THIS AFTERNOON SHE TAKE A WALK, SHE HAS NOT FEVER. I THANK GOD SHE'S DOING SO GREAT AND SHE CAN'T WAIT TO TALK TO YOU. **KISS**

I just talked with Kathy. She's doing fine. She's only having problems with hot flashes. She's done several walks already. She has given me permission to give out the number to her room. It is 1-865-981-2408. She is gonna take a nap right now but will more than likely be up later this afternoon. Ill give ya'll an update this evening. *huggles*

Dixie, Thank you so much for dusting off your angel wings. I told my mom this afternoon; I can't wait to get on the computer to find out if there is an update on Kathy. Any word on when she is coming home? Take care, Beth

Ok Ya'll I didn't get a chance to call Kathy however she did have a friend email me and get me her cell number. Evidently the hospital turns the phones off at 8:30 PM. According to her friend she might be going home on the 12th. Of course this is a maybe. Im gonna try and get ahold of her a little later. *huggles*
