Yes! YES! YES!!!!!
On Wednesday I was told my Potassium was 2.3 and critically low. If it wasn't brought back up by today I would not be having surgery. First off I dropped taking my two differen****er pills. I drank a large V8 tomatoe juice, Tropicana OJ, instead of 20 mlg of Potassium, I took 120 mlg. I went for another blood test this morning. When I got home, there were two messages for me. One from Blount Memorial same day surgery, to inform me that I'm to be there between 6-6:30am on Monday. The next call was from Dr. Colquitt saying my Potassium level is 3.7 and is in the normal range. MY SURGERY IS STILL FOR MONDAY AM. I can't sit still now. It's actually going to happen in 3 days. Praise God for answered prayers. Thank you all for your faith and support that you have given me.

ing since they called and told me. My mind says I have too much to do and to get busy, but my heart says enjoy the clutter, it'll still be there. The folks will be here tomorrow. Dad's bring mom down from West Virginia, and he's going back on Monday or Tuesday. Keep jumping girlfriend, you're day is coming. Love Kathy 
I had my pre-op today. I hope the lab doesn't find anything wrong with mine. I have so much left to do before Tuesday. The way I feel right now, I could sleep through the surgery on my own.

Mary P Mary, I agree, I am so excited that I can't sit still. Word of wisdom, start drinking a lot of Tropicana OJ, V8 tomato juice, both are high in potassium. The hospital called to remind me of what time I'm to be there, what about you? What time are you to be at the hospital? The Dr.'s office called twice to tell me that my potassium was up that much in two days and to keep doing what I'm doing until Sunday evening. My PCP's office and the lab both called to tell me the good news. Do you think they are aware just how much this meant to me? I don't have time to be nervous, too much to do. The parents will be here tomorrow. See you next week. Kathy
