Thanks so much for all yhe info. I have checked with insurance and they say a BMI of 35 or greater with co-morbidities. I have already had the sleep study and use a C-PAP at night which is horrible! I do have a hiatal hernia and I take meds for that. I'm getting all necessary records together for several years back. I'm also getting records from all doctors who I have seen for weight loss in the past five years. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
