Weigh-in

everyone, had my final weigh-in before surgery today. I've lost 13 lbs since my first weigh-in in September at my consult appointment. Here are the various weights since Sept. Consult October November December 277 283 254-268 264.5 He wanted me to try and lose 10-15 lbs before surgery in January. All I've done is take two differen****er pills, and eat on crackers and diet Sprite. Only things that settle my stomach right now. 277/ /130 Kathy
