Movin On Up

Everyone; I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I've gotten word that my surgery has been moved up. I'm now starting my new life on Dec. 30, 2005. I laugh and tell people that most people celebrate New Year's Eve with champagne. This year, I'll be celebrating with Demerol. I can't think of a better way to bring in the New Year. My insurance company came back and said that since surgery was so close to the first of the year, and they hadn't gotten a final copy of the 2006 benfit package from my company; they didn't want to say they would insure it, and then have something fall through. I'm so blessed to have an understanding boss and a mom who is able to change her plans to come take care of me. I guess it's just something else to be thankful for. Time for . Beth, that's great about the date being changed. I would love to join you on the movin on up, but I don't see my surgeon again until the 29th, then get registered at the hospital. But I'll be thinking of you and sending you my prayers. Keep us posted. u Kathy

Hey Girl, I so glad you're "Movin on Up". I remember when I was pushing to have this surgery and now you're the one going first. I'll get my "stuff" together soon. I'm happy for you! My prayers are with you!
