Christmas Card Exchange

Hello all! Just wanted to remind anyone who would like to participate in a Christmas card exchange to send me an email with their address. I'll then in turn email a complete list to everyone who emailed me. In other news, I have a psych eval Monday, November 28th. It's actually a pre-surgery screening that is required by the bariatric surgeons at Centennial Hospital but it is something that my insurance company will require anyways...so might as well get it over with. They already sent me an 18 page biophysical questionnaire to complete. This is just one more step until surgery. I've got one more month and a half of the dr. supervised diet. Not that I'll completely stop exercising and watching what I eat afterwards, I'll be free from the stress of having to keep everything recorded. I hope my scale can survive the holidays. I've been exercising harder just for this reason lol I know I'll be bad. I'm hosting my family's Thanksgiving get together for the first time as a married woman this year. So I've been keeping busy with preparations. I hope everyone else in Tennessee is doing great!! love, april
