Hi Kathy, thank u! My surgeons goal for me is 157. I will get to 150 then try to maintain and see from there. My ideal body weight is 131 and Dr Shina doesn't want me that low before plastics. Because when I have plastics I will lose another 10-20 pounds. After plastics my weight should be between 135-140 I hope. I will be happy with that! I have been losing slowly this past week, well I have stayed the same but I guess thats normal. I am still losing inches at least... Hugs Angela
