Exercise Question

Hi everyone, I am having surgery Jan 3. I am curious how long you had to wait to exercise, after you had your surgery. I am taking ballroom lessons, and I 5 nights a week. I can't imagine having to be away from it for very long. Thanks for your help, Beth

Beth, I think it's two weeks after surgery then only 20 minutes a day until you build up more energy. Mostly walking at a brisk pace. Don't worry your surgeon will tell you when it's safe for you. We're going to be losers together. Kathy's
