CPT Codes

Hi Everyone, I am wanting to have a ventral hernia repair and an extended Abdominalplasty. I have TriCare and need to know what CPT codes to use to get the extended (muscle repaired) tummy tuck. Can anyone help me? I live in TN and use Ft. Campbell KY. I am using a plastic surgeon in Nashville for the surgery. Thanks. Shelly
