Thursday's check in who's lurking.....
Hi Kathy. I am checking in. Not too much going on with me. I did receive a call today and I am receiving my CPAP machine tomorrow already adjusted for me! I thought it was going to be 3 more weeks before I could get it. I am excited to finally know that I am going to get a good night sleep and feel refreshed. I have been soo exhausted. I will be in bed all weekend getting caught up on the lack of sleep I have missed in the past year!
How old is your grandson? I dont have any children yet but my wonderful niece, who I claim as mine
is turning 6 on Saturday so I am going shopping for her this evening. She is a true barbie/disney princess little girl.
I hope all is going well with everyone.
Misty

Hi
Misty. You may find that it will take a few days to get used to the mask. I have been on one now a bi-pap w/oxygen boost, but I started having to wear one 5 years ago. The best way to get used to it, is when you are just resting put it on, try every other night for about a week. I haven't worn mine since February just the oxygen. The mask and my new teeth don't work together. I need to have my teeth reajusted, with the mask on it was wearing blisters around my nose because of my dentures. Just think when you have your surgery you may not have to wear the mask again. What level is your machine being set on? I'm a level 18 with/2 liters of oxygen. Good luck in getting some sleep. Kathy

Thanks everyone. I will miss my friend, she was a dear, dear person. She was tired of hurting & I know it must have been bad because she was a hard fighter. There was nothing about me she didn't know. She loved me when I done wrong & she loved me when I was doing good. I do have this consolation, she was a true CHRISTIAN. I know where she is, it is BEAUTIFUL.
Love,
Sara.
