finally!

Well, after 2 weeks of BCBS saying they didn't have my information. I finally got in touch with someone there who took the time to dig a little and found out some information for me. She took initiative and called the pre-determination office and had them look in their department for my paperwork. 15 minutes later they had found it.....they told me to call back in 2 weeks......well at least I know they have it.....

That wonderful Lisa. Now it is just the waiting game! My information is being submitted to my insurance this week also and this waiting for an answer is torture! I wish you all the best!
