frustrated

I agree, I read the boards everyday, but since I am still in the approval process, I really don't have anything to add.....Here is where I am at....My paperwork was mailed via certified mail over a week ago....The doctor's office has received the green card back indicating that BCBS has received it....I call BCBS and they state that it does not appear that they have received it and if they have it is not in the system yet....if they have received it, it could take a couple of weeks for it to get into the system yet.....This is ridiculous....how does BCBS keep up with paperwork, if it is not entered into the system..... Also, my insurance changes to Cigna in January.....they have a little different criteria so if not approved I get to start over......will it never end.

As a pre-op, you always have something to post. Where you are at the moment. Questions running around in your head that need answers to, just saying hello to the board, or asking from prayer. If you want to share an exciting moment with the others, we're here for love, prayers, and support no matter where you are in your journey. love Kathy

Hi Lisa! I am Pre-Op also. I just thought maybe I could listen, share a story to bring a smile or something. I am a good listener & I love to talk. I figured if i can talk it, I can type it. LOL!!! I think sometimes I just need someone to say, "it's going fine, your doing good, stay with it" Just a word of encouragement. I don't know that I can help anyone, but would sure try. Love to all, Sara.
