Ok Tennessee, this board doe'snt seem to be active but rather sluggish!! Anybody have ANY ideas as to what we can do here to put SOME excitment into this board??. I thought that maybe we all could do a roll call or check in on a daily basis (if possible). Any one of us could start it. What do you think ??. Any ideas??. As it is now we're getting a "Hot" from only 5 responses. Soon it will only take 2 responses , geeze Anyway I'm open for any ideas to get this slow-mo board moving. I know Kathy is active here Thanks!! ML

Your right , I know I've been sluggish.... been having problems with insurance, they lost or can't find my paper work that was sent for approval. I've also been working strange hours and just have been bumed out.... I quess when people get there surgery they might forget about all the ones who still need support.... I am still waiting, going for the lap band, but I still need support... thanks for reminding me why I came to this site... I hope that after my surgery I can help somebody else on this site...

Hi Missy Lea I am not sure how to get the TN board up and active. In my personal opinion, the TN board has not been very responsive to post (from me) in the past. Kathy has always been very responsive even if she just responds with a "hello, hang in there". I visit the board every day to see what's posted. I used to attempt to reply to most post. but now if someone post a question on a tpoic that either I have experienced or know someone personally that experienced it, I will share. Even then you may or may not get a response saying I read it and it was helpful or it wasn't helpful. So basically you don't know if your response has been read or if it was healpful or not. It is very discouraging to post to a board that does not respond to you. I tried staying in touch via email or through the use of this board with a couple of people who had surgery around the same time that I did (June), but they either would not reply or send a very short incomplete response. Anyway, I will continue to visit the board daily and if someone has a question that I can respond to, I will. It would be nice if the board was more inviting and more responsive. If you can get it there, I'll be on board. Have a great day!! Lisa W.
