Attention Colquitt/Ray Patients: September's support group topic is "Patient Chefs". Please send me a copy of your favorite "bariatric friendly" recipe ASAP. I will compile all of the recipes and have them to distribute at September's support group meeting. You could also send any "food tips" or "nutrition tips" that have helped you throughout the surgery process - I will include those as well.
