BC/BS EMPIRE... have you had experience w/ them?

Forgive me if I'm in the wrong place, I'm totally new to these boards even tho I've been registered awhile. Haven't explored much, but I'm just wondering if anyone has BCBS EMPIRE Ins, out of New York. IT's thru my hubby's work here in Tennessee, and they've rejected me 3x but now as I posted in another thread, my Doc and I have new information that COULD change their answer, but I don't know yet. I'm just wondering if anyone has had experience with them? Thanks..>Sandi
