Pregnancy

Has any one had any trouble getting pregnant after their surgery? Has anyone found they got pregnant a lot easier and faster after theri surgery? The reason I am asking is because I had my surgery in September of last year. My boyfriend and I are thinking about trying ot have a baby after the one-year mark but I would like to know what I am up agaisnt. Any information would be helpful.

Also I would suggest talking with your Surgeon and your GYN/OB. Most surgeons suggest waiting atleast two yrs post op before concieving a child. Just for the simple fact that your body is still trying to adjust to the surgery and also you would still be losing weight. Most Surgeons and GYN/OBs will suggest that you wait until your weight loss stableizes. Which more than likely will happen after the two yr mark. Hope this helps. *huggles*
