Through all my struggles of getting all my documentation and paperwork together... Through all my headaches and stress. Have come to find out that the company that hubby works for is really not true Blue Cross Blue Shield... they actually are self-funded! Imagine that!! Has anyone had to face their Human Recourse Department to get their surgery overturned? If so, I need so pointers and I need some help!! Anyone know of anyone? Help!! Help!! Help!! I am not stopping until I have a Yes or APPROVED. Do you ever feel as if you are getting the run around on all sides?

What is the name of the insurance? I thought bcbs was just that... bcbs. I haven't had to deal with Human Resource but I sure would find out what the problem is and what kind of insurance company they are. Good luck...
