Problems John Deere HMO

I have JDH HMO through my employer(State of TN). Has anyone had an experience good or bad with them? Please advise.

Hi Jill, I also have John Deere (State of TN) the POS plan...they are excellent...I was approved in 2 days on first attempt. Just make sure you meet all requirements by them: 100 lbs overweight, BMI > 40, or > 35 with co-morbidities present such as high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, and finally, 6 months of medically supervised weight-loss by your primary care physician...within the past year or so. This seems to be the one that gets everyone. They want to know that you have tried on your own for 6 STRAIGHT MONTHS and weighed in with your doctor and discussed your attempts. He/she should record each visit in your medical records to send to insurance company. Good luck, hope this helps..... Joe P.
