How do I write a journal on my profile?

Could someone please help me, I would like to write a journal for my profile page, but am not quite sure how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Go to where you update your profile, then click 'general info', and on that page towards the bottom there's a large text box for comments. That's where you put any information (journal, pictures, whatever) that you want on your page. It would also be where you put any html to change the layout, background, etc. of your page.
