Tummy Tuck advise please......

Hello everyone. been a long while since I was on here..lol. I have lost 165 lbs. I was 393 and I am now 228. I am set for my Tummy Tuck on july 12th. I am less than 3 weeks away. I am wondering if there is a message board for plastic surgery? If so, how do I get there? I want to know about how many sizes most people go down after the tt? Thanks to all how give me feedback!
