I need help for a friend

I was lucky enough to have my ins. co. pay for my WLS. I have done very well. Since Jan. 6th I have lost 87 pounds. However, I have a friend who desperately needs WLS. He is close to 400 pounds, and also has several medical problems which would be helped with the WLS. He has been turned down by two ins. companies. He is close to desperate and is almost ready to give up. He has letters from his Dr.'s pleading for this surgery. My question is this...Does anyone know of any WLS physicians in the Eastern TN area who will do the surgery and take payments for the surgery????? Also I have heard 0of a company who will finance this surgery. Does anyone have info regarding this company??? Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Becky
