I broke my own rule
I've had this rule since surgery that I would only weigh myself once per week on Wednesday (don't ask why I pick Wed, I just did). Well, on this Wed, I weighed as usual and there was no change from the previous week. I thought I've hit my first plateau. Well, I weighed this morning (breaking the rules) but I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only had the scale moved (I lost 3 lbs ) but the first number in my weight is now a ONE. I am so very excited to be below the dreaded 200 lb mark!!!! It's been at least 15 years since I've been this "small".
Just had to share a happy

Toni,
WOW!! Congratulations! I bet it feels great to be in "Onederland", huh? I can't wait til I get there myself. You have accomplished a great thing. I am so happy for you. By the way, don't sweat breaking that rule. I am truly a "scale *****" I get on the stupid thing at least twice/day (first thing in the morning and last thing at night) and sometimes more! There is one doctor who suggests this, as he feels it is the best way to know what is truly *lost* weight and what is simply water retention *fluctuations*. It won't kill us, just make us a bit neurotic if we don't keep our heads on straight. Good job on the loss, keep it up!
