Hello, I am new

Hello to everyone, I wanted to share some news with everyone - I have a date for WLS and it is July 19th. I am so excited. I guess you could say I was a lurker, but I have decided to come out of the closet (HA). I have really learned alot on this board - like one great big family. Sandy

Hi Lisa, How are you doing since your surgery? It took me along time to finally decide to have the surgery in the first place now I am so excited I can't wait. Take care, Sandy

Sandy, I'm doing fine. The first couple of days at home were very uncomfortable for me but I noticed a difference everyday as far as feeling better. I can now sleep comfortable and as of Wednesday, I'm on a pureed diet. I was very excited about that. So all in all my experience has been good and I've lost 13lbs since the sugery and 23 total. Sandy, Congrats on your upcoming surgery! I use to post here non-stop but have become a lurker at times! I can usually be found on the WLS singles board though! GOod luck, Katie
