Tennessee Legislature

Ok, I read on the TN legislature webpage, that "the 104th General Assembly adjourned Saturday, May 28, 2005 from the first regular session. The second regular session will reconvene on January 10, 2006." January 10, 2006?!?!?!?!?!?!? That WLS bill was supposed to go into effect January 1, 2006!!! But it was never passed into law (as far as I can tell from their website) so does that mean we have to wait until they reconvene next year and hope they pass it at that time? How could this be? This sucks sooo bad! I was really hoping they'd get it passed this session and that it would go into effect 1/1/06 (like the bill states) so that I could get my WLS (my BCBS policy has an exclusion to WLS). I am kinda sad now. If anyone has any info on this, please share. Thanks. Tammy

TAMMY , SINCE THEY ARE OUT IT WILL BE NEXT SESSION BEFORE THE BILL IS BOUGHT UP. ITS REAL IMPORTANT TO KEEP AT YOUR REPS.... DONT LET THEM FORGET ABOUT THE BILL....
