To early for surgery?

I have been overweight most of my life. A few times I have gotten down very close to my goal weight of 190 which is just right for my hight and frame. The problem is that in the past I did not know that surgery was going to be needed to remove all the extra skin. I always just thought I was doing something wrong. Now after researching it and watching the PS show on DHC every weekend for 6 months I am ready to get surgery. The problem is that I am not sure if my body is ready yet. I know that I will need to have skin removed from my chest, upper arms and a lower body lift. I am still 40lbs from my goal, having only lost just over 100lbs. I eat well, do yoga every morning and exersize and lift weights for 3 hours every day so I am nearing my goal at a pretty good pace. What I was wondering is since the lower body lift can not be done at the same time as the arm/chest could I get the arm/chest done in the next few months and then the lower body lift around christmas? I know they say that you should reach your goal and stay there for 6 months to see if any of the skin will shrink on it's own, but my chest/arms have always been a real issue with me. I just hate the fact that I have worked so hard for so long and still hate what I see. These are not areas that I can tone up no matter how hard I work anyways, so why not get my much needed self esteem boost now? Also due to the fact that I only need a small amount of upper arm skin removed (it is only loose from my armpit to about 2" down my arm and maybe hangs down a inch) I was wondering if it would be possible to have the arm and chest both done at the same time with only a small scar at the armpit? I have seen this done on tv before where they cut skin out under the armpit and then pulled from the chest and arm to put it back together. I don't know if this is a common thing or not, I only saw it done once. If anyone knows a good doctor in Memphis to have this all done out please email me. So far I have only heard of Dr Goshorn through my doctor and from what I can tell he mainly does implants so I'm not sure how experenced he would be at this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
