One Month Anniversary.....

Hey all- I just hit my one month on Wednesday and down 32 pounds by my scale. I do not have another meeting with my Surgeon until the 2nd of June but obviously I am thrilled with the results thusfar. I just wanted to post and give everyone an update. I also wanted to encourage all those who are hitting plateaus and are having complications. It will get better and you will come off the plateau. You WILL SUCEED and it WILL COME OFF. This is not like all the other experiences you have had with losing weight. We are in this together and I will be here for whoever needs a helping hand. Congrads Bryna. I was wondering how much you had lost. It's taken me 3 months just to lose 27 lbs, only to put 10 back in fluids. Keep working at it, we're here for you. Kathy
