BlueCare..TennCare

Does anyone know of Dr.s in Middle Tn taking BlueCare? I need to fnd one before TennCare drops me if they're gonna.Been paying all these yrs. but didn't know htey'd cove this surgery.I live between Chattanoga and Nashville. Thanks Billie

That may be had to find, sorry to say. I know in the Nashville area there is no Blue Care...it is all Tenncare Select. Call your BLue Care customer service number and ask them for a list of providers in those areas. They should be able to point you in the right direction.

Call the Customer Care # on the back of your Tenncare card and get a case manager. They will help you find a doctor that will take your insurance. I seen Dr. Hruska in Clarksville but now the requirements are different there now. She will only see patients that live in or near that county. But I have heard there are other providers that take Tenncare. So, call the Customer care number and they should be able to help you. Lisa 279/173/150

As of today the only doctor taking Tenn Care Select is one in Memphis.This is according to the Tenn Care Case Manager and the info we got from Customer Service.Yep-only the one doctor or else they are pulling our leg.They claim you have to go to the one " in network" and he is it.

I saw where someone said the only Dr taking tenncare select is in memphis and this isnt true...i had my surgery april 8th and my dr was in clarksville..there is also one in nashville Dr. Jason Wright. Hope that helps
