Question about Overturning Insurance Exclusion

Has anyone ever used Walter Lindstrom or any other attorney to overturn an insurance exclusion? And was it successful?

I have been in contact with him and have joined his class action lawsuit since my employer has an exclusion for this type of surgery. I am a teacher for the Memphis City Schools and it seems that they have exclusions on all of their insurance policies. I am eagerly awaiting responses to your question too.
