Insurance Appeal Letter / Letters

Hey... I am fairly new here and this is my first post. I have been turned down by my Insurance for the second time, I am feeling really lost and disappointed at this point. Was just wondering if there is anyone out there that may have some Letter (letters) of Appeal they would be willing to let me check out... Something To Go By.... Hi Rhonda, can't help you with the insurance, haven't gotten that far yet. But I can remember you in prayer, and tell you to not give up, just keeping fighting. What type do you have, have you checked to see what their requirements are, and if there are any exclusions. Even Exclusions get approved eventually. Just keep at them. Best of luck to you, Kathy

Rhonda, I noticed that you and I have the same doctor. The lady who processes the insurance is really good. What did she say and did they give you a reason as to why you were denied? What type of insurance? BCBS does it have an exclusion clause? Sorry for all the questions. Andee

I HAVE BCBS . I AM NOW IN THE GETTING APROVED PROCESS. I DID CALL AND GOT A REALLY HELPFUL PERSON WHO SAID THAT IT IS COVERED IF YOU MEET THERE REQUIRMENT. HE SENT ME A COPY OF WHAT BCBS WANTS.. GOOD LUCK..
