Hi Dawn, I have suffered migraines since 1974 while in the Navy. Although, I do have Hydrocodons and Pheragan, I found this was the best ever solution. I get one everytime it rains, once it starts raining, the migrain goes away. Try ben gay on the back of your neck, on the temples, be sure to close your eyes cause of the fumes. Cold dark room and rest for about half an hour. That should help give you some major relieve, oh don't forget to get your feet massaged. All the nerve endings are in your feet, have someone massage your feet, while you lay quietly and rest. It beats pain pills every time. If it doesn't work after an hour, then you will need pain medication. Migrains can't be treated with just Tylenol, it's not strong enough. I have had to go to the hospital for a migrains. But try the ben gay, the cold dark room, and the foot massage. I promise you will feel better. Best of luck and hoping you feel better. Love Kathy
