Has anyone on here had trouble sleeping after their surgery? I am lucky if I get 2 or 3 hours a night. I'm sleeping in 15 to 20 minute segments then waking up. It's driving me crazy. I was just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

Hi Bill, are you sleeping in a regular bed, that could be your problem. Several have said they slept in a recliner for the first 3 weeks. When I visit my parents, I don't sleep in the beds, I sleep in their recliner. Same as when I visit my children. I breath better, and actually get a very peaceful sleep. Try that for now and see if it helps you sleep better. Best of luck to you. Love Kathy

I found that if I didn't sleep hugging my body pillow I constantly woke up. Im not sure which procedure you had but I had Open RNY and the body pillow was a godsend. *huggles* Dixie
