Protein pill update

spoke to my dietician and she said these pills looked fine to her. she did some research on them and they are tablets which she beleive will digest easier than capsules. she was a bit concerned that you had to take 6v to get in 15 g but a a supplement to your other protein its not bad at all. so she gave me the green light to try them. I did try the liquid protein and though I am not happy about the taste< just imagine cough syryp) it is not a bad alternative to an 8 oz shake. Iplan on getting the pills and taking like two with every meal which will increase my protein y 15 g over what I normally take , and right now anything is helpful.
