Need a Memphis area follow up Dr

I have BCBC of TN PPO that excludes any weight loss surgery, and won't even reconsider it. I am considering the Molding Clinic in Tijana, Mexico. I have checked the clinic out and the cost is about a third of what it is in the States including airfare. The only thing holding me back is find a Dr. here who will see me for refills ect. down the road. Anyone else have an answer for me? I would love to have my surgery here, but I just can't afford it.

Joan, I don' know of anyone in Memphis but I do remember seeing or reading about someone who went to Mexico for this surgery and they became very , very ill. I have bcbs net 2 and when ever I have called and ask questions about the surgery and what to do for approval they have been very helpful. I have not applied for approval yet so things may change.lol Good luck and please be careful....
