1 month 6 days post op check up

just wanted to let everybody know that i had a post op appointment today lost 11 more pounds i dont think that is a lot for 1 month and 6 days post op but that ok i guess im doing good and feel great i dont have to go back til may i still think i could do better i guess if i done my vitams like i need to and eat my proteini may lose more i hope to lose a at least 25 pound by may the 20 when i go back so keep me in ur prayers and i will update later a big wls hugs to all kristie 350(pre-op) 368 (day i left hospital) 328 ( 2 weeks post op) 317(1 month post op)
