New pic at almost 5 mos postop

Thanks to the advice from someone on the main message board, I have a new and current pic on my profile. I'm down from 383 to 273, have went from a size 30-32 to 18-20s, and feel like I really have an excuse to smile these days. Kelly

Hi Kelly, go**** doesn't seem like it's been 5 months already, and look at you. You really look fantastic. WOW, totally different person. What's the hubby think about all this? Don't answer that, I'd say he loves it. I liked the date and weight index on your profile. How did you get that put in, cause when I ever have my surgery, I will want to do that also. you look great kelly! and your doing better than I am, I am down 90 pounds now and hoping to reach the 100 mark soon though I have hit plateau after plateau I dont worry too much about it as if its a slow loss from now on out it is still a loss. And since I have zero other complications I am nothing but completely satisfied with the surgery and would reccomend it to anyone. I do miss the enjoyment of sitting down to a good meal that I had pre surgery, but the trade off was worth it and I dont regret it one bit. my only regret is that I had to wait till I was nearly 50 to kick start myself into doing this. what I wouldnt have given to have done this in my early thirties. ah well thats jus****er under the bridge and I am happy to have had the oppertunity to do it even if late. hope your all having a great day.

Kelly, Wow you look great. I am very glad and proud of you. Keep posting and updating pics so the ones of us that are behind you have something to look foward too.
