need input from pre and post op

i have an appointment with doc. on the17 of this month to discuss lap banding. any input as to step i need to take to find surgeon so ill have all my ducks in a rowbefore my appointment. THANK YOU

First off, Talk to your doctor about the surgery and see if he'll do the referring and such. Second off, Let us know who your insurnace provider is... That might help on finding a doctor! I also think there's a link some where here that helps you find TN doctors.... Good luck!
