I've heard that Unjury is good to add to foods or drink. I don't know yet, just sent off for some samples before surgery next month. You can find it on the web.

protein has always ben the bane of this surgery for me at least. I tried abut everything and the only thing I can do well is the bananna creme with 1% milk that I get from bariatric eatiing .com. . I have always loved milk and this seems to work well for me, I still can only do one a day in the early morning, but it give me close to 35 g of protein when I include the milk. they have many ohter flavors but the bananna seems to work best for me. also try not to blend it up to much it blends easily and to much blending creates a froth which I ahve fuond vry distasteful, not to mention too much air in it when drinking will give pouch discomfort. Bariatriceating.com has a good wide selection of protein and will send you samples if you contact them . good luck.

Honey I remember those firts few weeks all protein drinks did was gag me, All I could do in the beginning was sugar free carnation instant breakfast with some added nonfat dry milk my surgeon said that was fine I worried more about my protein when i could start eating and tolerating things more...you'll get there Rebecca
