2 week post op check up

well i went for my 2 week post op check up and to get my staples out well before i had suergey when i weighed 350 and then the day i came home from surgery i weighed 368 so to day when i weighed i was at 328 so that makes 40 pound from the day i left hospital but going by what i weighed before it is 22 pound not a lot i dont think but that is ok that is gone forever nowbut im not geting all my protein and fluid in in a days time so got to work on that but i feel a lot better already hugs kristie

Now Kristie, you can count what you weighed when you left the hospital, as you gained the weight from the IV, and you lost it so go with the 40 lb loss. I think that is great. I sure will be counting the fluid loss when I have my check up. You just keep going and soon I will be joining you. I'm at 283 right now, so we can work at it together. Love ya, Kathy
