Elaine, you may want to post this on the main message board. Most people on this site have the RYN. I am waiting to have the lap band myself. I know a lot about it, but I am waiting on my ins. approval as we speak. I'll help you if I can. What questions do you have? Michelle

THANKS, MY DRS APPONTMENT IS ON THIS WEDNESDAY AND THE SURGERY IS SCHEDULE FOR THE 8TH OF FEBURARY I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE TRUE FACT OF WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SURGERY, BASICALLY EVERYTHING . I'VE NEVER REALLY TALKED TO ANYONE THAT HAS HAD THE LAPBAND.

Hi Elaine. There is a lap band forum and I think most of the banders do the majority of their posting there.
