Starting my journey

I finally was able to attend the seminar of Dr. Wooman in Memphis. I now have an appt. for Jan. 31st for my initial assessment. Because of my insurance (Aetna HMO) I have to be on a doctor's supervised diet for 6 months (lucky me). It took me 37 years to get this size, I guess the insurance company thinks I can change that in 6 months. lol Keep me in your prayers. Pray that everying will fall into to place! Hi Melissa and welcome to the OH family! Congratulations on your decision for better health. I wouldnt let the 6 month diet distract or upset you. Many insurance companies require it. I guess they want to see that a conscious effort has been made before turning to surgery. Hang in there. 6 months will fly by. Please stop by often and keep us updated on your journey!
