Hi Kristie, I am so excited for you. I would pack what you would take for a weekend get-a-way. Mostly your toiletries, slippers, if you're on a cpap take your own, robe. The hospital will provide anything you need, but's it's nice having your own things with you. May God be with. and soon you will be a loser. Luv ya Kathy

I took my own fan, slippers, robe, shampoo, pillow. I should have brought chapstick. You will need chapstick. I did nt use the shampoo. Good luck on your journey. Lisa 279/202/150

My sister brought me some Brush-ups (The teeth cleaners you slip on your finger) and I was SOOOOO grateful for them. Your mouth starts feeling kinda yucky after surgery and you can't drink anything. These helped me "freshen up" a little. Good luck!!

Hiya Kristie! Most of what I took to the hospital, I never even used. Hospitals now provide you with pretty much all you really need. They brought me a fan when I asked for it. I wore hospital gowns simply because they are so easy to get into/out of. I had a central line in my neck and didnt want to pull a gown over my head. I did use my robe and slippers. Other than that, the hospital provided everything else. Oh, almost forgot. My dh did bring me hand held games to play, was glad to have those as the tv selection stunk. God bless and best wishes to you! Melanie -101 lbs, 16 lbs to goal
