My surgery is scheduled for Monday...and with all the info coming at me so quickly I got a little confused. During the first week home are you suppose to start your vitamins or is that in a different step??? Thanks for any help. Everyone have a Very Merry Christmas and keep me in your prayers , please. Nanna, They started giving me my vitamins and calcium crushed up in the hospital and I continued them when I got home. Hope this helps and good luck with surgery. Kelly

I started my calcium, my flinstones, and my B-12 the day after I got home from the Hospital and have done them ever since. I bought this little contraption called a pill pulverizer from my local drug store and it turns pills to powder. My calcium pills are huge and using that is the only way I can get it down. I mix the powder with some propel fitness water and drink it down. If you have any questions or just wanna chat, email me any time. I had dr. houston who is in the same office as dyer. They are all so great at the Obesity center at Centennial. God Bless you and Happy Holidays!! Jennifer -48

Thank you Jennifer for your reply. I am going to take the liquid calcium, and get the B-12 shots. I found some vitamins that had the same thing in them as the flintstone ones for $5 less a bottle . I got them at Walgreen's they are called Walgreen's The Land Before Time children's multivitamin , multimineral Supplement Complete 150 chewable tablets for $9.99 (the flintstones were $15.99) I checked the back out with each and I couldn't find any difference. Thank you Jennifer again for your reply. I don't have anyone I know that has been there to the center where I go nor anyone to be a pal during this...I'm kinda scared I'll admit. But you are right that all of the personel at the Center have been very nice. And congradulations on your -48 lbs...that is great!!! Take care Jennifer and God Bless you and Have a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Sue
